Our Recruitment Approach

At PARWANA we believe that each and every one has something unique to offer. That's why we have special recruitment processes in place to help us find the right people, and help you find the right job. Whether you're invited to attend a virtual or in-person hiring event or invited to complete an on-demand video interview in the comfort of your own home, we want to make sure that we are able to get to know each other better!

Our Recruitment Process Comprises of These Steps

Step 1: Recruiter Screening

Applicants who match our hiring criteria will either:

• Be invited to attend a virtual or in-person hiring event at the location they applied to
• Be invited for a phone or video call with a Recruiter, or
• Be invited to complete an on-demand video interview

Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview

Applicants who progress past recruiter screening will move on to an interview with the Hiring Manager or Hiring Team, either virtually or in-person, before a final decision is made.
